January 15th, 2013, Dekscom today announced that Shanghai’s Oriental Cable Network (OCN) Co. Ltd. has selected the Dekscom’ EyeNet OTT Video Analyzer as the major test tools for the multi-screen video service quality assessment research project of its Next Generation Broadcast (NGB) Lab.

In this project, Dekscom will corporate with OCN’s NGB lab closely to carry out service quality assurance research and testing project for various OTT/HLS video applications (eg. HLS based Live TV and VOD, MP4 and FLV based OTT VOD) running across various end-user devices, such as SmartTV, OTT STB, iPhone, iPad, Android based smartphone and Pad, etc.
