In December 2012, Shanghai Oriental Cable Network Co., Ltd. purchased the EVA OTT video analyzer from Dekscom Co., Ltd. as the main test for multi-screen interactive business exploration and research in its next-generation broadcast television network (NGB) application laboratory tool. In this project, the EVA OTT test solution will provide OTT video on demand (including MP4, FLV and HLS formats) for cross-screen (such as smart TV, iPhone, iPad, Android-based smartphones and tablets) provided by Eastern Cable. The HLS live broadcast service performs comprehensive quality of service (QoS) and user experience quality (QoE) verification and testing, and provides a technical reference for Oriental Cable to continuously improve and optimize the quality of OTT video services.

About Oriental Cable NGB Lab
