In August and September, 2012, after a series of comprehensive assessment for different vendors’ IP multimedia service quality test products, considering various factors including cost-performance, technology advancement and system scalability, China Mobile Research Institute finally selected the Dekscom’ EyeNet Multiplay Analyzer as the test tools for mobile multimedia service quality assessment research project.

In this project, Dekscom will corporate with Department of Service Technology of China Mobile Research Institute closely to carry out service quality assurance research and testing project for various IP multimedia applications including IPTV, VoD, mobile video streaming, OTT video, HLS video and VoIP, etc. The project involves end-to-end IP multimedia service quality test methodology research, verification test in both lab and 3G/4G live network environment, test instrument improvement and test specification definition, etc.
