At the on-site conference, Dean Zhang proposed that he would turn the entire 4K into a brand, not just on the technical level. The most important thing about video services is the ability to generate profitable value, in other words, whether users can truly perceive video services. From the perspective of user perception, the user experience can be quantified, and it is necessary to intervene in a quantifiable method and system. Only by being quantifiable, can user experience continue to evolve and evolve in accordance with scientific methods. As far as the content itself is concerned, President Zhang said that we should improve the video experience to become a quantifiable, collectable and analyzable data base, and promote the quantification work is also the focus of future work. President Zhang also talked about the end-to-end video experience quality perception system, the starting point is the standard formulation. First, we must study the high-quality 4K user perception standard, and describe the user-based experience-based feelings and specifications through the established standards. . The next step is how to verify by quantification. Through verification, the whole end-to-end system can be perceived. Finally, the method or measure that can enhance the perception in the next stage or different stages is proposed.
